From a childhood age, she exhibited a natural ability for bonding with those and spreading joy to those around her.
As a child, Grace was famous for her contagious laughter and endless enthusiasm. She was always the life of the party, and her buddies and family could depend on her to bring a smile to their expressions. Whether it was planning neighborhood activities or putting on unplanned shows in the garden, Lucille had a way of making even the simplest times feel special.
Her passion for individuals and her wish to make a change in the world led Grace to pursue a profession in social work. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska and went on to devote her being to helping those in need.
